I am pleased to announce that that I am embarking on a long-time goal of mine and starting my own search firm, Ignition Search Partners, which formally launches today.
My goal with Ignition will be to specialize in working with emerging growth companies to help solve critical human capital needs by attracting top-tier talent to client organizations. Ignition will work with venture-backed and publicly-traded companies in the Digital Media/Internet, Mobile/Wireless, Media/Entertainment and Software/SaaS markets.
For some time now, talent acquisition has been treated by many firms as a transaction and not as a set of complex ongoing interactions and experiences. I feel as though the timing is right to get Ignition started as a firm that balances the right mix of services and style with superior results.
